When I started designing the logo for the Faculty of Movement Sciences, my goal was to visually capture the balance between physical energy and academic discipline. Movement is at the heart of this institution—whether it’s biomechanics, physical education, rehabilitation, or sports science—and I wanted the logo to reflect that sense of vitality and precision.
This logo was designed to express the synergy between human movement and scientific study. The dynamic figure symbolizes energy and progress, while the circular form reflects balance, unity, and the holistic nature of the Faculty of Movement Sciences.
The central figure is stylized to express human motion in a fluid, upward gesture—symbolizing growth, activity, and forward progress. It’s dynamic, but also balanced, showing control and discipline—just like the science behind movement. The circular form enclosing the figure adds a sense of unity and wholeness, echoing both the human body and the holistic approach of the faculty’s programs.
